New Delhi, Jan 8 (IBNS): As many as 41 trains have been delayed while one has been rescheduled as Delhi woke up to dense fog on Thursday with visibility dropping down to barely 50 metres at 5:30 am, media reports said.

Altogether 31 flights have also been delayed but none have been cancelled so far.

According to Met department sources, the skies will remain mainly clear with the maximum and minimum temperature hovering around 15 and 6 degree Celsius respectively.

The minimum temperature in the capital had registered a significant dip on Wednesday while early morning fog disrupted rail traffic with at least 55 north-bound trains getting affected.

The maximum temperature also saw a sharp decline and settled at 13.1 degrees Celsius, seven notches below normal, against Tuesday's 20.7 degrees Celsius, reports said.
