Queen Elizabeth Funeral: President Murmu meets Sheikh Hasina

London: Indian President Droupadi Murmu recently met Bangladesh PM Sheikh Hasina and her sister Sheikh Rehana ahead of the funeral of late British Queen Elizabeth II in London.

The official Twitter page of the President posted an image of the President with the Bangladeshi leader.

The official tweet said: "President Droupadi Murmu met with Prime Minister of Bangladesh Sheikh Hasina and her sister, Sheikh Rehana just before commencement of the State Funeral at London."

Murmu visited the UK to attend Queen Elizabeth II's state funeral.
