Punjab: One killed in explosion in Feed factory
Fatehgarh Sahib, May 29 (UNI) One person was killed and eight others injured in an explosion in Tiwana Feed Factory, Kharodi near Sirhind in this district of Punjab.
The explosion occurred in the furnace of the factory situated on Sirhind-Patiala road on Tuesday evening.
Nine persons were working near the furnace.
The injured were rushed to Chandigarh-based hospitals.
The deceased has been identified as Rashid.
After getting information, police rushed to the spot. Investigation was on.
