New Delhi/IBNS: A 47-year-old professor was arrested for allegedly sexually harassing a woman doctor on a Delhi-Mumbai flight on Wednesday, media reports said.

The victim, 24, was sitting next to the accused on the flight, which took off early in the morning from Delhi.

The woman accused the co-passenger for inappropriately touching her just before the landing in Mumbai.

After an altercation between the two, the crew members were informed by the victim.

Following a complaint which was lodged at Sahar Police Station, a sexual harassment case was filed against the accused who was later arrested.
