President, VP greet citizens ahead of Ram Navami

New Delhi, Mar 27 (IBNS): President of India Pranab Mukherjee on Friday greeted citizens as India gears up to celebrate Ram Navami on Saturday.

Vice President M. Hamid Ansari has greeted the citizens on the occasion of Ram Navmi, which marks the birthday of Lord Rama.

In his message, he has said that may the life and message of Lord Rama inspire us to uphold the highest moral, ethical and humane values.

“I extend my greetings to the citizens of our country on the occasion of Ram Navmi, which marks the birthday of Lord Rama. May the life and message of Lord Rama inspire us to uphold the highest moral, ethical and humane values. On this auspicious day, let us commit ourselves to building a peaceful, harmonious and secular society," said he.
