Practice yoga for 15 mins everyday for me: PM Modi to youngsters on Mumbai metro ride

Mumbai/IBNS: Apart from his administrative commitments and politics, Prime Minister Narendra Modi is also known for his fitness regime which is also visible in his government's pro-active plans to encourage people to remain fit.

Now during a metro ride in Mumbai, Modi, whose government has started the Fit India Movement, reminded some youngsters of the need for fitness including yoga.

Modi, who inaugurated two new metro lines, asked the youngsters how much time the tuberail would save. The youngsters replied, "Around 45 minutes."

When Modi asked them how they would utilise the saved time, the youngsters replied, "We would study."

The Prime Minister then asked, "Would you do one thing for me? Would you do yoga for 15 minutes?"

The youngsters, who were sitting beside the Prime Minister, said in a unified voice, "Yes sir."
