New Delhi, Oct 18 (IBNS): Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday appreciated Reliance Foundation Chairperson Nita Ambani for participating in the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan (clean India mission) that was launched by him on Gandhi Jayanti.
"Swachh Bharat Mission will be greatly strengthened by the participation of Mrs. Nita Ambani," Modi tweeted.

The PM had earlier challenged Nita Ambani to take up the cleanliness drive.

Ambani was seen cleaning a street in Mumbai with a broom.

Speaking to the mediapersons, Ambani said she is willing to extend all help to support the movement not just in Mumbai but to other parts of India as well.

"Am privileged to be the brand ambassador of Maharashtra," she added.
