No role in Shinde's revolt: BJP amid Maharashtra political crisis

| @indiablooms | Jun 24, 2022, at 07:34 pm

Kolhapur/UNI: Maharashtra BJP state president Chandrakant Patil Friday said that 'the party has no role in the ongoing crisis in Shiv Sena'.

Talking to reporters on Friday, Patil said that there was no proposal for government formation from Shiv Sena rebel Eknath Shinde to the BJP.

"If such a proposal comes, then the state party's 13 members working committee will discuss it and send it to high command for approval," he said.

When he asked about several visits of former Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis to Delhi in the last three days, he replied: "He goes for the party's work, no connection with ongoing political developments in the state."
