Nepal's Foreign Minister Prakash Sharan Mahat on three-day visit to India
The theme of the second edition is "The New Normal: Multilateralism with Multi-Polarity” and it will be held in New Delhi from Jan 17-19, 2017.
The Dialogue will feature an Inaugural Panel with the participation of M.J. Akbar, Minister of State for External Affairs of India, Prakash Sharan Mahat, Foreign Minister of Nepal, Hamid Karzai, former President of Afghanistan, Kevin Rudd, former Prime Minister of Australia and Gowher Rizvi, International Affairs Advisor to Prime Minister of Bangladesh.
Nepal's foreign minister is visiting India on the invitation of Union External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj.
