Mysterious blast leaves three hurt in Srinagar

Srinagar/UNI: Three civilians were critically injured in a mysterious blast here on Saturday.

Six vehicles were partially damaged in the incident.

Official sources told UNI that panic gripped Kawdara in Srinagar when an unidentified object exploded in the area at around 1220 hrs.

"The injured were rushed to a local hospital where their health condition is stated to be stable,' the sources said.

They said a police team is being rushed to the area and an investigation has been initiated to acertain the composition of the material which exploded.
