Mumbai: Two minors apprehended for raping three-yr-old girl
Mumbai/UNI: Two minor boys were apprehended for allegedly raping a three-year-old girl, police said on Saturday.
Senior Police Inspector, Kasturba Marg Police Station, said that the boys had allegedly gang-raped the three-year-old girl after which a case was registered against them under IPC section 376 and the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act.
In a complaint, the victim's mother stated that the two minor boys were known to her and were having family terms with them.
The accused have been sent to Juvenile Room after the arrest, police added.
