Mumbai: College students drown

Mumbai, Aug 3 (UNI) Four college students, who had come for a picnic at Kharghar, drowned at a waterfall near driving range, close to Pandavkada hills on Saturday morning.

The victims were from SIES College, located in Nerul of Navi Mumbai. They were carried away by the gush of water from the hilltop, at around 1100 hrs.

Of four, two bodies have been recovered, while search operation for the two girls was underway, Fire Brigade sources said.

One of the deceased was identified as Neha Jain (19) from Chembur Naka.

The second body, found at Kharghar Golf Course, was yet to be identified, the sources added.
