MP Minister caught on camera kicking a boy

Bhopal, Nov 1 (IBNS): A Madhya Pradesh Minister has been caught on camera kicking a 14-year-old boy.

Kusum Mehdele allegedly kicked the boy after he begged for some money.

The minister kicked the boy on his head.

The incident happened when she was in Panna to attend an event.
