New Delhi, Jul 24 (IBNS) Parliament remained jinxed for the fourth consecutive day after it began for the monsoon session as the Lok Sabha was adjourned till Monday after unruly scenes continued to prevail with the opposition demanding discussions on the Vyapam scam.

The Raya Sabha too was adjourned amid uproar, but till noon after which there are little hopes for the things to improve.

The Lok Sabha was adjourned soon after it assembled at 11 am as Speaker Sumitra Mahajan rejected an opposition notice to discuss Vyapam scam that led to an unending uproar.

In the Rajya Sabha  Congress leader Pramod Tiwari wanted to know from the government whether  Sushma Swaraj and Vasundhra Raje have resigned or not.

" We want the House to run but they should tell us what have they done on the charges," he said summing up the stand taken by the opposition

After first three days of washout of the monsoon session, all ayes were  on the fourth day of Parliament.

But an adamant opposition has put its foot down for  resignations of BJP ministers who are embroiled in corruption controversies.

The opposition has declared that it will not let Parliament function until the government concedes its demands.
