Modi behaves like he has become PM: Sonia

| | May 02, 2014, at 12:12 am
New Delhi, May 1 (IBNS): The war of words between the Congress and the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) continues with Congress supremo Sonia Gandhi on Thursday saying that the Gujarat CM is behaving as if he became the prime minister of the country already.

"Narendra Modi is behaving in such a way that he has already become the prime minister of the country and is sitting on the throne," Sonia said while addressing a rally in Faizabad in Uttar Pradesh.

She said, "Modi wants all power in his hands. He is forgetting that the people will decide his fate and not him."

Meanwhile, Modi also hit out at the Congress president and said the mother-son duo ruling at the Centre shattered the hopes of the people in Seemandhra.

"In Delhi, the mother-son duo has shattered all your dreams. So bring the BJP led National Democratic Alliance (NDA) to power at the Centre to form a stable government," said Modi while campaigning in Seemandhra region.
