#Mahatma killing remark: Bhiwandi court summons Rahul Gandhi
New Delhi, July 11 (IBNS): A Bhiwandi court in Maharashtra on Friday summoned Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi for his remark that Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) killed Mahatma Gandhi.
On Mar 6, at a rally in Bhiwandi city of Maharashtra, Rahul Gandhi alleged RSS planned Mahatma Gandhi's murder.
 
The RSS had earlier filed a criminal application against Rahul over his remark.
 
Rahul has been asked to appear before the court on Oct 7.
