Maharashtra: Explosion at chemical factory in Dhule kills 10

Dhula, Aug 31 (IBNS): At least 10 people were killed in a cylinder explosion which took place at a chemical factory in Dhule district of Maharashtra on Saturday morning, media reports said.

Over 40 people were injured in the explosion which took place at around 9:45 am.

The fire is now under control. The rescue operations are underway.

At least 100 workers were present in the factory at the time when the explosion took place.
