#LokSabhaElection2019: Ex- IAS topper Shah Faesal's party won't contest election

Srinagar, Mar 23 (UNI) Jammu and Kashmir Peoples Movement (JKPM) president Shah Faesal, a former IAS topper turned politician, has decided not to contest the Lok Sabha elections in the state.

''We have decided not to contest the Lok Sabha polls in the state'', Faesal announced at a press conference here on Saturday.


He said we have decided to strengthen the recently launched JKPM before taking part in any elections.


Faesal, a 2010 batch IAS officer resigned and launched crowd funding campaign for his party.


He organized a number of public meetings since launching the party in the state.
