| @indiablooms | Feb 27, 2019, at 08:30 pm

Mumbai, Feb 27 (UNI) A state of high alert has been sounded across the city of Mumbai as the security situation aggravates across the country’s north-west border, informed the official sources on Wednesday.

The security vigil across the city including major public domains like bus depots and railway stations has been stepped up while ensuring that the ongoing board examinations do not suffer in anyway.

The vehicular movement roving across the city roads and state highways are witnessing baggage checks and frisking of passengers.

The security arrangements were broadened at the Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport(CSMIA) and other transportation stops which witness heavy human traffic daily.
