Kolkata on edge! Fire rages through Ezra Street building — no one hurt!

Kolkata/IBNS: A massive fire broke out at a building in Kolkata's Ezra Street in the early morning on Saturday, media reports said.

The fire originated in the godown storing electrical and electronic products and quickly spread to the adjoining shops.

Twenty fire tenders were rushed in to douse the fire.

No casualty or injury has been reported yet.

The firefighters are still working to douse the fire.

Authorities suspect a short circuit may have caused the fire.

A probe to find out the cause will be launched once the fire is brought under control.
