Kerala CM Pinarayi Vijayan returns from US after treatment

Thiruvananthapuram/UNI: Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan, who was in the US for treatment, returned to his state on Tuesday.

The Chief Minister underwent treatment at the Mayo Clinic, Rochester in Minnesota.

During his stay in the US, the Chief Minister attended the Cabinet meeting online and signed important e-files.

This was the third time that the Chief Minister had gone to the US for treatment.

He was accompanied by his wife T Kamala and personal staff VM Suneesh.

He had also undergone treatment at the Mayo Clinic in 2018 and Jan 2022.

Earlier, the Chief Secretary had issued an order that all expenses in connection with the Chief Minister's US visit will be borne by the state government.
