Srinagar, Jun 18 (UNI) Two more youths shunned the militancy and returned mainstream in south Kashmir district of Pulwama, a police spokesman said on Tuesday.

He said two youths of Pulwama district, who had recently joined militancy, have finally shunned the path of violence and returned to mainstream to lead a peaceful and normal life. It was possible with the help of community members of the area, family and district police, he added.

However, he did not reveal their names for security reasons.

Dozens of youths have returned to mainstream after shunning the path of militancy in the Kashmir valley, particularly in south.

A number of youths were also prevented from joining militancy and handed over to their family members after their proper counseling.
