Jharkhand: Three criminals arrested while planning dacoity in Simdega

Simdega, Oct 12 (UNI) Police has arrested three criminals who were planning a dacoity at the Kolibera Police Station area of this district.

Simdega SP Sanjeev Kumar said that a tip off had been received regarding the presence of some criminals in Dhasilari forest who were planning a dacoity.


Following the information, a police team was sent to the spot to conduct raids.


Police managed to nab three criminals while three-four outlaws made good their escape.


The arrested outlaws have been identified as Manoj Dungdung, Kasif Hasan and Anmol Nayak. A desi katta, live cartridges, knives and two motorcycles have been seized from them.
