Jammu and Kashmir: Lashkar-e-Taiba terrorist arrested

Srinagar: Security forces arrested a Lashkar-e-Taiba militant in Shopian district of Jammu and Kashmir, police said.

A police officer in Shopian said an active militant Adil Gani Dar of Trenz and affiliated with LeT was arrested at Mohandpora village Shopian.

He said that arms and ammunition were also recovered from his possession.

Shopian Police tweeted: "Active terrorist Adil Gani Dar S/o Abdul Gani Dar R/o Trenz affiliated with Proscribed Terrorist Organisation LeT arrested at village Mohandpora Shopian. Arms and ammunition recovered."
