India delivered 9 consignments of Covid-19 relief supplies to Bhutan between March to December

Thimphu: India has sent nine consignments, which contained medical supplies and Personal Protection Equipment (PPE), to Bhutan between March and  December, officials said.

India made the move as its part to assist Bhutan in fighting COVID-19.

As per a tweet posted by the Indian High Commission in Bhutan, the consignments included RT-PCR test kits, a portable X-Ray machine, medical supplies and PPE equipment.

The tweet read: "Standing shoulder to shoulder with Bhutan during times of #COVID19! 9 consignments containing RT-PCR test kits, a portable X-Ray machine, medical supplies and PPE equipment were handed over during March-December 2020."
