The constituency from which Bedi filed her nominations earlier belonged to Harsh Vardhan.

"I'll be just a gardener of his garden and a bit of a guardian," a confident Bedi told NDTV channel during her road show.

Bedi on Wednesday went to the people in east Delhi constituency, holding a road show.

With few cars and party men following her, the former top cop traveled through the lanes and bylanes of the constituency from which she will be contesting her maiden election.

Moving in a jeep, Bedi was accompanied by was Union Minister Harsh Vardhan, who held this seat earlier.

Kejriwal is contesting from the New Delhi constituency, where the BJP has put up Nupur Sharma, a young London School of Economics graduate.

Wednesday is the last day of filing nomination for the Delhi Assembly polls.
