Hema Malini discharged from hospital after surgery

Jaipur, Jul 4 (IBNS) Actress and BJP MP Hema Malini, who was injured in a road mishap was discharged from hospital on Saturday morning.

She was admitted to a local hospital with a minor fracture on her nose  after her Mercedes collided with a Maruti Alto in Dausa district on Thursday night.

A four-year-old girl who was travelling in the Alto with her parents was killed in the accident.

 The actor's driver has been arrested on the charge of over speeding and negligent driving. He was later released on bail.

The incident happened 60 km off Jaipur.

Hema Malini underwent  a surgery at the hospital on Friday.
