Harsh Vardhan Shringla meets Bangladesh Tariqat Federation members

New Delhi: Foreign Secretary Harsh Vardhan Shringla on Monday met Bangladesh Tariqat Federation members and discussed the issue of civilisational heritage between two nations.

Shringla met with Al Haj Syed Nazibul Bashar Maizvandary, Member of Parliament & Chairman and Syed Tayabul Bashar Maizbhandari, Jt Secretary-General of the Bangladesh Tariqat Federation.

"Foreign Secretary @harshvshringla met Al Haj Syed Nazibul Bashar Maizvandary, MP & Chairman and Syed Tayabul Bashar Maizbhandari, Jt Secretary General of the Bangladesh Tariqat Federation. They discussed shared civilisational heritage and P2P ties @ihcdhaka," read a tweet issued by MEA spokesperson Arindam Bagchi.

Meanwhile,  Bangladesh Information and Broadcasting Minister, Dr Hasan Mahmud, visited India from Sept 5 to 8.
