Guwahati railway station gets 100-feet high tricolour
Guwahati, Jan 19 (IBNS): A 100-foot Tricolour has been hoisted at the Guwahati railway station, one of the busiest railway stations in the North Eastern region.
This is the highest flags among the railway stations in the region.
The railway board has decided to install the national flag on 100-foot high poles at 75 railway stations across the country.
The Railway Protection Force has been tasked to protect the flags.
