Gurgaon: Minor rescued from house

Gurgaon, Oct 15 (IBNS) A minor girl, who was working as a domestic help, has been rescued from Gurgaon on Wednesday, reports said on Thursday.

She was reportedly found locked in an almirah.

According to reports, after a call to a helpline, activists of the NGO Shakti Vahini, along with the police, went to the house and rescued the 14-year-old girl from Jharkhand.

She was taken to civil hospital for medical examination.

She had cut marks in her body, reports said.

No one has been arrested so far.
