New Delhi, Dec 8 (IBNS): Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed an election rally at Samba district in Jammu and Kashmir and urged people to form a 'stable government' in the state.

The third phase of voting for the Assembly polls in the state will be held this week.

Addressing at the rally, Modi said: "You should all vote for a stable government in the state. You should form a BJP government here. You should all join hands and follow the politics of development in the country."

Attacking the Congress and other parties in the state, he said: "Both NC and PDP are dynastic parties. We need to make J&K free from them."

"Congress Party...sometimes they go to NC & sometimes to PDP. When people ask questions they stab these parties in the back," he said.

Referring to the high-voter turnout in the first two phases of the polls, he said the people of the state has shown that the power of 'ballot' is more than 'bullets'.

"The country is proud of you all for showing the way you all have defeated the bullets," he said.

"I assure you the love you have given me, I will return with interest through the path of development," he said.
