Lucknow/UNI: Congress General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra on Wednesday again attacked the Yogi government over a proposal of a five-year contract at the start of a government job saying what lies deep is retiring people at 50 years of age.

"What a government, at first it won't give a job. Whoever gets one will not get it before 30-35. Then the contractual bond of 5 years of dishonour and now, the plan to make people retire at 50 years at various places," Vadra said in a tweet.

She claimed that youth have understood the 'bluff' and are now on streets for their rights.

In a jibe against unemployment, she said, "Rashtriya Berozgaar Diwas."Recently it was reported that ruling Bharatiya Janata Party in Uttar Pradesh is mulling on a proposal to introduce mandatory five-year of contractual period for new recruit in government services. The report invited sharp criticism from the Opposition.
