Fire breaks out at Mumbai high-rise
According to reports, the fire engulfed the 21st floor of the 22-storey Lotus Business Park building. As many as 12 fire tenders have been pressed into services to douse the flames.
Sources said the situation is now under control as fire fighters have already reached the upper floors of the building.
The fire reportedly broke out at around 11 am this morning.
Located near Lokhandwala Link Road, the fire-ravaged commercial structure houses many offices. But it is not clear if anyone was trapped in the fire as the rescue operation is still on, sources said.
