"The Expenditure statement of your party for Lok Sabha elections 2014 and Assembly elections to the Legislative Assemblies of Andhra Pradesh, Odisha, Sikkim and Arunachal Pradesh-2014 has not been filed with the Commission so far, although the due date has long expired," the Commission stated in its notice.

"Final opportunity is being given hereby to comply with the instructions of the Commission, for filing the said expenditure statement within a fortnight from date of receipt of this letter, it said.

The Commission had earlier issued instructions to all political parties to file their election expenditure statement within 75 days of assembly election and 90 days of Lok Sabha elections. However, the parties failed to do so.
