Delhi: Man shoots himself inside metro station

New Delhi, Oct 2 (IBNS) A man shot himself inside Rajiv Chowk metro station in New Delhi on Thursday, media reports said.

The man   reportedly managed pass through security checks at Chandni Chowk station and then boarded a train to reach Rajiv Chowk metro station.

The man has been identified as Srivesh Adhikari.

Sustaining a deep bullet wound in his shoulder, the man is undergoing treatment in Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital.

The incident occurred at  9.30 p.m. on Thursday night.
