CRPF personnel injured in J&K
Srinagar, May 7 (IBNS) A CRPF personnel was injured on Thursday in a fire mishap at Srinagar’s Qamarwari area in Jammu and Kashmir, police said.
A police spokesperson confirmed the incident and said constable Davinder Singh of 44 Bn was performing his duties as residential guard of the Minister for Youth Services and Sports and IT in Qamarwari when an accidental fire from his service rifle hit him.
The injured CRPF man was immediately shifted to a hospital for treatment.
