Congress workers protest against CAB in Uttar Pradesh

Prayagraj/UNI: Opposing the Citizenship Amendment Bill (CAB), the Congress workers on Wednesday staged a protest and burnt copies of the Bill in this district of Uttar Pradesh.

Pradesh Congress Committee (PCC) member Mukund Tiwari said that this Bill is a conspiracy against the country and that the Congress will not allow this conspiracy to succeed.


Congress leader Abdi Allahabadi said that the Bill is against the Constitution.


Congress city president Nafis Anwar, Mukund Tiwari, Hasib Ahmed, Abdi Allahabadi, Anil Pandey, Sanjay Srivastava, Rajesh Rakesh, Maksood Rizvi, Shakil Ahmed, Deepchandra Shamra, Mahesh Tripathi were among the ones protesting.
