Bombay HC likely to hear plea by doctors on Wednesday
Mumbai, Mar 23 (IBNS): As a large number of doctors in Maharashtra stayed away from work on Wednesday, the third day of their protest, despite the Bombay High Court's order the day before to resume work, media reported.
Show cause notice has been issued to nearly 1200 doctors, according to media reports.
The doctors have been demanding better security at hospitals after five incidents of doctors being attacked in hospitals occurred in the past week.
The Bombay High Court is likely to take up the plea by doctors on Wednesday, media reported.
