Patna, Jan 17 (TheBiharPost/IBNS): Bihar education minister Ashok Chaudhary on Tuesday ordered a high-level inquiry after a minor girl was allegedly gang-raped by school teachers in the classroom.

He also announced severest punishment to all those found guilty of crime.

“This act deserves severe condemnation. None of the accused will be spared,” announced education minister today.

The incident took place in the government-run Urdu middle school, Kako in Jehanabad district on Sunday—a working day in this school.

According to complaint lodged with the police, the victim was alone in her classroom during the lunch hours when the school principal and three teachers allegedly gang-raped her in the school classroom.

The case has been registered by victim’s mother who also is a teacher at this school.

The victim is undergoing treatment at a local government school.
