Bihar: Couple burnt alive in Lakhisarai
Lakhisarai/UNI: A couple was burnt alive at Damodarpur village under Town police station area in Lakhisarai district.
Police said here today that Munna Kumar Yadav and his wife Birla Devi sustained serious burn injuries when gas cylinder exploded during cooking in their house at Damodarpur village late last night. Both were admitted to a local hospital where they died during treatment this morning, police added.
Bodies had been handed over to family members after postmortem, police informed.
