Assembly poll results: Cong upsets BJP in Raj, MP, Chhattisgarh

New Delhi, Dec 11 (IBNS): Giving a jolt to the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), the Congress is leading in all three states- Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh- whose poll results are coming out on Tuesday.

According to the latest trend shown by India Today, the Congress is leading in 116 seats in Madhya Pradesh as opposed to BJP's 99.

In Rajasthan, the Congress is leading in 114 seats while the BJP is ahead in 81 seats.

In Chhattisgarh, the Congress is leading in 59 seats as opposed to BJP's 24.

The results of two other states- Telangana and Mizoram- are also coming out on Tuesday.

The Telangana Rashtriya Samithi (TRS) is set for a sweeping victory in Telangana as it is leading in 85 seats as opposed to Congress-led alliance's 22.

The Mizo National Front (MNF) is leading in Mizoram in 27 seats while the Congress in 9.
