Assam: Man dies after collapsing outside a bank

Guwahati, Jan 4 (IBNS): A man died after collapsing outside a bank in Assam's Nagaon district on Wednesday.

The incident took place at the Murajhar branch of State Bank of India.

Local people said that the man collapsed after waiting in queue for long time.

The man identified as Abdul Malik hailing from Sobojpur village in the middle Assam district.

Recently, a tea garden worker of Chabua in Upper Assam district Dibrugarh committed suicide following not being able to collect legal tenders after demonetisation.
