General Officer Commanding-in-Chief (GOC-in-C), Lt Gen DS Hooda, Northern Command in his message to the Signallers in Northern Command urged them to continue to excel in their respective roles and further hone their skills to face the challenges of future warfare and live up to their motto of “Teevra Chaukas” .
