New Delhi, June 15 (IBNS): Another BJP leader, Rakesh Rastogi, was found murdered in his car in Uttar Pradesh's Bareilly district on Saturday, said reports, taking to three the recent killings of BJP leaders in the state.

According to reports, Rastogi, who originally hails from Kiccha in Uttarakhand, was missing since Friday and his body was recovered from the car on  the Baheri highway.

Rastogi was found with several stabbing injuries and hands tied.

Rastogi was the divisional vice-president of BJP's Nainital unit in Uttarakhand.

Earlier two BJP leaders were killed in Uttar Pradesh this month.

BJP leader  Vijay Pandit was shot dead by unidentified  assailants  in Greater Noida recently.

His killing was followed by the murder of party leader Om Veer Singh, who was the president of Meerpur city unit of BJP in Muzaffarnagar.
