Another bank looted in Kashmir

| | May 03, 2017, at 10:24 pm
Srinagar, May 3 (IBNS): Suspected armed militants looted five lac cash from a bank in south Kashmir’s Pulwama district on Wednesday.

According to sources, armed militants barged in to the Ellaquai Dehati branch Wahibugh in Pulwama and looted around five lakh rupees.

This is second loot in 24 hours; yesterday militants took away 65000 rupees from same bank in Kader village of adjacent Shopian district.

“I have directed the bank officials to collect actual figure of looted money and our team have rushed to the spot to asses the situation,”
said Hakim Parvaiz Ahmed General Manager of the bank.

This is second bribery from our branch and we will review future strategy how to deal with all these crises in South Kashmir, Parvaiz
added.
