Chandigarh, Jun 9 (UNI): Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar on Sunday said Union Home Minister Amit Shah will be present in the programme to be organised on the occasion of International Yoga Day in Rohtak on June 21.

Interacting with the media persons at the Haryana in New Delhi today, the Chief Minister said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has also been requested to come for a day to deliver message to the people of Haryana.

Mr Khattar said that 21,000 people will be participating on the occasion. Students, different organisations of Arya Samaj, and various organisations related to yoga campaigns will be among the participants.

He said that on World Yoga Day, programmes will be organised at the level of assembly constituencies in the state. Haryana's Ministers, MLAs, MPs and other office bearers will remain present in yoga programs to be held at the assembly level.

Replying to a question, the Chief Minister said that in the Lok Sabha elections, people of the state have ensured victory of the BJP with maximum votes in all ten Lok Sabha constituencies. Until the Assembly elections to be held in Haryana, this graph of popularity of the BJP in the state will continue to increase. Opposition political parties are desperate and their alliances are also breaking down.

In the Haryana assembly elections, the BJP has the target to register victory in 75 Assembly constituencies out of the total 90 Assembly constituencies in the state. To achieve the Mission-75, work will be done in a prescribed schedule, he added.
