AAP's Alka Lamba attacked in Delhi during anti-drug drive

New Delhi, Aug 9 (IBNS): Unidentified persons attacked Aam Aadmi Party's lawmaker Alka Lamba in north Delhi's Kashmere Gate area early on Sunday morning during an anti-drug drive.
Lamba received minor head injuries and was rushed to Aruna Asaf Ali hospital.

She was released from the hospital a short while later.

The drive started at 5 AM and at around 6 AM, a man with blanket wrapped around his head approached near Lamba and threw stones at her.

Following the attack, Lamba posted a tweet, where she wrote that this is the result of fight against drugs.
