Yauatcha Kolkata to hold two masterclasses as part of their Women's Day celebrations

Kolkata/IBNS: Hone your cooking skills at two separate masterclass events being organised by Kolkata's Chinese dimsum teahouse Yauatcha this March as part of their Women's Day celebrations.

At the Dimsum making masterclass on March 6, led by Chef Kushal Lama, learn how to prepare wrapped dim sums in three steps.

The dishes which will be demonstrated in this workshop are the classic Chicken and Prawn Shui Mai, the crunchy fried Sesame Prawn Toast, the artfully crafted Shiitake Mushroom Dumpling and the Crispy Asparagus Pumpkin and Corn Roll along with some tea.

At the Dessert making masterclasson March 13, led by Patisserie Head Chef, Chef Kaushik, learn about how the classic desserts and macarons are made at Yauatcha.

The desserts that will be crafted in this workshop are the Chocolate Hazelnut Mousse, soft and flavoursome Macarons and Yauatcha’s special Honeycomb Ice Cream.

Both masterclass events will be held between 4pm and 6pm and will also include a tasting session.
