Valentine's Day: From a quick meal to elaborate dinners, celebrations across the country
Kolkata/IBNS: From pocket-friendly cafes to elaborate dinners under the stars or a romantic date in a decorated cabana, there is plenty of options to choose from this Valentine's Day. A restaurant in Goa has also set up a special menu for those who might be single and want to pamper themselves with some self love.

When: Persian Terrace – 7 pm to 11 pm; Feast – 7.30 pm to 11.30 pm
V-day Special: A candlelight dinner under the stars, or an intimate dinner in the specially decorated Cabanas, at the rooftop restaurant Persian Terrace. You can also choose to groove with your partner to live music, at the Feast; click a selfie at the Selfie Corner and enjoy the sumptuous spread.
Cost: Persian Terrace – Rs 12,000 plus tax for 2 at the Cabanas; Rs 8,000 plus tax (dine under the stars). Feast – Buffet for two at Rs 6000 plus tax (without alcohol) and Rs 8000 plus tax (with alcohol).

V-day Special: At ALBA, there is a seven course Mediterranean menu with sparkling wine, a luxurious valentine multi-cuisine dinner at JW Kitchen and a cosy quiet dinner overlooking the pool at Spice Terrace with sparkling wine.
