Malabar Gold & Diamonds has expanded its footprint in West Bengal with the inauguration of three new showrooms located at VIP Road, Serampore, and Kanchrapara, further strengthening its presence in the state and enhancing accessibility to its jewellery collections for customers.

With these latest launches, the brand now operates 10 showrooms across West Bengal.

The Serampore showroom, the eighth in the state, was inaugurated on March 27, followed by the VIP Road and Kanchrapara outlets, which were launched on March 28 as the ninth and tenth stores, respectively.

All three showrooms were inaugurated by Malabar Gold & Diamonds’ brand ambassador in West Bengal, Rukmini Maitra, in the presence of senior leadership including Amit Routh, Business Head – East Region, and Thahsil Ahmed, Regional Head – East Region.

Commenting on the expansion, M. P. Ahammad, Chairman of Malabar Group, said: “West Bengal is a key market for Malabar Gold & Diamonds, where customers value both design and quality. These three showrooms enable us to serve growing demand across multiple neighbourhoods, offering an environment that is structured, welcoming, and aligned with our global retail standards.”

Customers will also benefit from exclusive Akshaya Tritiya advance booking offers across all three showrooms, allowing them to secure gold purchases ahead of the festive rush.

The brand is offering making charges starting at 4.9%, along with 0% deduction on old gold exchange, ensuring greater value and transparency for customers looking to upgrade or invest in jewellery during the auspicious period.
